Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Provide detailed information about programs, admissions processes, and financial aid options. Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and answer questions. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the student management system. Assist in planning and executing recruitment events and open houses. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless admissions experience. Meet or exceed enrollment targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Attend select high school career fairs and other recruitment events. Requirements: Previous experience in an administration or education setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Assist with enrolling students through a structured process.
