Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) Manageable caseloads (24–30 visits per week) Paid documentation time, not just visits Specialty-focused care (no high-volume home health pressure) Local territory assignments with a minimal travel radius Compensation & Benefits $80,000 – $120,000 annually or $61 – $81 per hour Paid at treatment rate plus additional time for documentation Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) PTO and CEU support Structured onboarding and mentorship What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders Develop individualized, functional treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and patient education for long-term self-management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance What We’re Looking For Active Florida Physical Therapist license CLT certification or experience treating lymphedema patients Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred Comfortable with electronic documentation Coverage Areas (Assigned Near You) Multiple territories available assignments are based on your location. South Florida: Miami, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Cooper City Central Florida: Orlando, Kissimmee (Poinciana, Davenport), Winter Garden, Maitland Volusia County: Daytona, Deltona, DeLand Space Coast / Treasure Coast: Cocoa, Rockledge, Sebastian, Vero Beach Tampa Bay: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs Jacksonville Area: Jacksonville, Orange Park This is not traditional home health.
