Job Title: Systems Engineering Requirements Engineer
Location: Wyoming, MN (Onsite with potential hybrid flexibility)

Summary:
Seeking a Systems Engineering Requirements Engineer to support the development and management of system and subsystem requirements for complex engineering projects. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish, document, manage, and validate requirements, ensure traceability, support interface management, and drive quality through established systems engineering processes and best practices.


Required / Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of product subsystem design engineering experience within a stage-gate development process
• Hands-on experience with systems engineering processes and requirements management
• Experience creating, documenting, and managing system requirements
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., Codebeamer, DOORS, Jama, RequisitePro, or similar)
• Experience with requirements traceability and requirement quality improvement
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and technical teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required)
• Experience in systems engineering at the vehicle, product, or subsystem level preferred
• Experience supporting test plans and test cases preferred
• Knowledge of interface management and integration requirements preferred
