Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of building products serving residential and commercial customers nationwide. The distribution center team works together to provide excellent service, accurate order processing, and support for customers throughout the region. This is a professional office environment within a distribution setting.

Job Duties

• Assist customers in person and by phone with orders, account questions, and product inquiries
• Enter and process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and account information
• Resolve billing issues and follow up on customer credit claims
• Review open orders and verify order accuracy
• Perform general administrative and office support duties

Schedule

Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay

$19.50 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience in a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or office environment preferred
