Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Massachusetts required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 17 - 20 hourly.
