As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in Greater Lakes Bay area, MI (Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, MI). Job Description Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships and seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls. Develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, review documentation to ensure compliance, and manage customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Key Expectations Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with Education: No Degree. Certifications: No Required Certification(s).
