Brand Ambassador

Summary The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides personalized and inspiring service while supporting sales goals and representing Ralph Lauren's brand standards. This customer-focused retail role builds client relationships, supports store initiatives, and contributes to a collaborative shopping experience. Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales by keeping customers at the center of decisions. Deliver a consistent in-store experience, support company initiatives, and participate in team training. Build clientele and strengthen customer connections through alternative purchasing options and digital product discovery tools. Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide management with feedback on successes, opportunities, and category needs. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
