Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This role entails providing comprehensive therapy services to an orthopedic patient population in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, meeting a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Double-booking follow-up visits is expected to maintain clinic efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor progress of therapy interventions for orthopedic patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Preferred outpatient experience.
