Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading plastic packaging manufacturer in Cohasset, MN. In this role, you'll help produce quality plastic tote products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting production goals and quality standards. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking reliable hours, weekly pay, and hands-on manufacturing experience.

Assemble plastic totes and related products

Perform basic product inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain accurate product counts throughout the shift

Follow production requirements and meet established quotas

Complete repetitive assembly tasks involving hand and wrist movements

Wear required PPE and follow workplace safety procedures

Keep work areas organized and production-ready

Ability to stay on task and meet production quotas

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to communicate in English

Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear as required

Ability to stand for extended periods during 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts

Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements

Ability to lift 1-10 lbs frequently and up to 30 lbs occasionally
