We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support our store operations and contribute to our success. As a Level 1 Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators

Help manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Participate in inventory management and stock control processes

Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive work environment

Assist in training and developing new team members

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Support promotional activities and visual merchandising efforts

Assist in scheduling and workforce management

Proven self-motivation and ability to take initiative

Experience in running or assisting with high-volume store operations

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

Basic understanding of business operations and retail management principles

Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Previous retail experience (preferred)

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, driving, and hand tasks. Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
