Housing Occupancy Specialist

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a Housing Occupancy Specialist to support safe, stable housing for individuals and families in need. In this role, you’ll manage resident intake, eligibility, and occupancy for LSS housing programs, ensuring accurate records, high utilization, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate move-ins, transfers, and exits; maintain waitlists and documentation; and collaborate with case managers to promote housing stability. This mission-driven position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who value compassionate service, social justice, and working within a collaborative, faith-based nonprofit environment.
