Route Sales Representative

Pay: $27.90 per hour Location: San Jose, CA Work Days: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week Start Time: 5:00 am End Time: When work is completed Minimum Qualifications Be 18 years of age or older Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you. What You'll Do Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time) Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
