Job Description Join our Emergency Department leadership team as an Assistant Clinical Manager and make a meaningful impact on patient care and team excellence. Under the guidance of the Director / Nurse Manager, you'll step into a dynamic clinical and management role where you'll lead the planning, organization, and delivery of exceptional patient care services. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality Drive the development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of budgets and quality improvement initiatives that enhance departmental performance Optimize staffing levels and scheduling to ensure adequate resources while supporting work-life balance for your team Champion the achievement of departmental goals and objectives through collaborative leadership and strategic planning Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of accountability and professional excellence Develop and refine departmental policies that empower staff and improve operational efficiency Support personnel evaluation and professional development, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities Serve as a trusted leader during off-shift operations, ensuring continuity of care and team support

SCHEDULE:

Full-Time 40 hours per week, there is flexibility in scheduling; however, this role primarily supports off shift operations. Full-Time Benefit Eligible

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
