Your primary responsibilities will include carefully packaging pet food products, ensuring that all items meet safety and quality standards. Attention to detail is essential, as you'll be required to inspect packaging for errors and properly label products. You’ll collaborate closely with team members, promoting a customer-centric approach while adhering to production schedules. Safety protocols will be at the forefront of your daily routine, ensuring a secure work environment.Working with a team to ensure pet food is packaged in an efficient, timely, and quality mannerSupport operator by filling & sealing bags and watching machine run and alerting operator if issues ariseKeep the packaging line cleanAssist in clearing jams from the bundlerAssist operator in all packaging functionsAssist in conducting & recording metal, weight, seals, and lot code checks as neededPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.Your expected work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, providing you with a consistent routine while allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends.
