Job Description Job Description International logistics company is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. Main Responsibilities Receive, review, and process invoices accurately. Perform bank account reconciliations and account analysis. Prepare balance and financial reports for management. Handle check deposits and payment control. Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts. Record payroll accruals and related reports. Support accounting closing processes and billing activities. Maintain organized accounting and administrative files. Review statements and invoices. Create and manage purchase orders (warehouses, agencies, administrative supplies). Assist with inventory control. Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting operations. Use Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently. Requirements Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and accounts payable. Experience with accounting software programs. Strong QuickBooks experience is required. Knowledge of U.S. banking processes. Basic English communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Valid work authorization required.
