Compensation and Pay Structure Average weekly earnings between $1,375 and $1,475, paid every week Extra pay for stops, breakdowns, detention time, layovers, and passing clean inspections Transition pay provided during your first few weeks as you get up to speed Home 6 full days per month with flexible scheduling options. Full benefit coverage including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, plus paid vacation and holiday time. What You're Driving You'll be assigned a late‑model Peterbilt 579 that's yours for the duration of your time here. Each truck comes equipped with SiriusXM radio, an inverter, TV mount, refrigerator, and an Espar bunk heater for cold weather. These aren't bare‑bones trucks. They're set up for drivers who spend real time in them and need them to function like a second home.
