Key responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms, while managing day-to-day social media operations Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience leading social media for a brand, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment Confirmed experience developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and standards Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
