We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Perform picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently.
Assist in building and organizing pallets for shipping.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling heavy lifting tasks.
Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
