What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide personalized support to clients where they feel most comfortabletheir own homes. Your care will help clients manage their daily routines while maintaining as much independence as possible.

Your responsibilities include:

• Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assisting with meals and light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and daily support
• Giving medication reminders
• Reporting changes to the care team
• Helping maintain a safe home environment
