General Laborer / Machine Operator

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating and adjusting handling and packaging equipment throughout the production cycle
• Supporting the concrete masonry production line from kiln to finished product
• Inspecting finished products and making sure only top-quality materials make it to inventory 
• Performing basic troubleshooting and assisting with equipment repairs  
• Safely operating a forklift to move materials and finished pallets (Plus)
• Monitoring machine settings and assisting with preventative maintenance  
• Working with teammates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly production goals  
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe  
• Communicating with supervisors and team members about safety, production, and equipment needs  

What We're Looking For:

We’re searching for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team .

You’ll do great here if you have:

- Willingness to learn and grow on the job

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow safety procedures

- Forklift experience ( a plus but not required )

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

- Flexibility to work overtime when needed

PAY&SHIFT:

• $25/HR
• Shift: 7am- 3pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frederick, MD.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
