This role involves performing routine daily patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring high-quality experiences for patients.

As an Advanced Certified Nursing Assistant, you will deliver direct patient care activities within your licensure scope, including vital signs monitoring, cardiac telemetry support, phlebotomy, wound care, and assisting with procedures. You will also support patients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal assistance, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.

Experience

• One to two years of patient care experience, preferably in acute care settings.
• Telemetry experience is a plus.

Licenses and Certifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (NA-C) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Medical Assistant Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of patient care practices and ability to maintain required competencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage difficult situations while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and medical equipment, including telemetry systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts within a 40-hour workweek.
