Your Role Assisting with the daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. Responsible for receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely. Merchandising and stocking as needed. Maintaining cleanliness: cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally and friendly with customers, associates, and leaders. Managing sales transactions and operating the cash register. Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets. Your Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred). Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents. Physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height; meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. High level of integrity.
