We’re partnered with a stable, long-standing organization adding a Payroll & Accounting Administrator to their team. This is not a plug-and-play payroll role. It’s built for someone who wants ownership, stability, and work that actually uses their brain. Why people take this role Real ownership – you run payroll across multiple entities, not just a slice More than processing – GL entries, accruals, and analysis behind the numbers Stability – established company with a long‑term mindset (not constant change) Variety – different entities, systems, and problem‑solving every week Visibility – work directly with finance, HR, and leadership You’ll still own full-cycle payroll (multi-state + some international coordination), but the differentiator is the accounting + analytical side and the impact you’ll have internally.
