Senior Demand Planner

Leading demand planning processes remotely, the full-time salaried Senior Demand Planner will develop and optimize demand forecasts, manage the monthly planning cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Accountable for global demand planning and forecast ownership, particularly for US markets Lead the monthly regional demand planning cycle, including data preparation and statistical forecasting Integrate market insights and analyze forecast accuracy to implement continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management Experience in a global or complex environment preferred Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting tools Proficiency with planning concepts and visualization systems such as SAP APO and Power BI
