You'll perform precision assembly and testing while working to military and aerospace quality standards, helping create critical components that make a real impact.If you're seeking a career—not just a job—with excellent benefits, professional development opportunities, and room to grow, apply today and take your skills to the next level.Assembler Job Duties:Perform assigned assembly tasks involving subassemblies and completed assembliesPerform electrical, low-voltage, and functional testing on complex components and systemsIdentify and report any issues that may impact product quality or work accuracy to the lead or supervisor.Ability to ensure all paperwork is completed appropriatelySchedule: Monday - Friday1st shift: 5:00am-1:30pm2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (additional 10% shift differential)Pay Range:Assembler I: $20.75/hr. - $25.74/hrAssembler II: $23.83/hr. - $30.56/hrAssembler Requirements:2+ years of small component and mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience working with valves & hydraulic componentsAbility to interpret production or engineering printsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh School diploma or GEDBenefits upon permanent hire by employer:Medical, Dental, Vision12 paid holidays with a week off between Christmas and New Years401k (50% of 6% match, plus an additional 3% non-matching contribution after 1 year)PTO (3 weeks)Uncapped potential for growth and development
