Remote Corporate Immigration Paralegal: PERM & H-1B Expert

A progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Practice Immigration Paralegal to manage high-volume immigration processes for corporate clients. You will lead case preparation for PERMs and H-1Bs, maintain communication with HR teams, and ensure compliance with legal standards. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of immigration experience, strong drafting abilities, and is highly organized.
