Profession: Physician Specialty: Radiation Oncology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: West Fargo, ND Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Nov 30, 2026 - Ongoing Shift Schedule: TBD Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 12-15 (OP) and 20-25 (treatment) FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Support Staff: RNs: 1.8, Office Staff: 3 Specialty Backup Available: 2 full time Physicist, 1 full time Medical Dosimetrist REQUIRED PROCEDURES Required Linear Accelerator Rapid Arc/VMAT Electrons Conventional/Conformal Therapy Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT) Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) Stereotactic Body radiation therapy (SBRT) Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) - all types Conventional treatment planning Beam shaping (MLC) 3D CRT IMRT PET CT or MRI Image Fusion Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI) Clinical Trials Preferred Hyper altered fractionation JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE Licenses: None Duties & Responsibilities Provide radiation oncology services to patients in an outpatient setting Manage daily treatment of 20-25 patients and clinic volume of 12-15 patients Collaborate with physics team including 2 full-time physicists and a dosimetrist Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and treatment planning Participate in clinical trials as neededVacancy posted 10 hours ago
