Completion of an ACGME or AOA PM&R Residency. Fellowship in Pediatric PM&R – optional, but recommended. Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine. Unrestricted FL Medical License (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA registration.
