Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions. \n
- Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing various sophisticated methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored for individual circumstances. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, in accordance with HIPAA privacy regulations, ensuring ethical management of patient information. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to enhance patient care. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases, updated research, and emerging therapy techniques, contributing actively to the improvement of team practice. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support recovery and management. \n
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health through ongoing education and professional development opportunities. \n
Your primary focus will be on supporting an array of clients dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our clientele comes from diverse backgrounds and may present complex mental health issues requiring individualized attention and personalized care strategies. As a therapist, your approach should be rooted in empathy and understanding, always putting the client’s well-being at the forefront of your work.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona. \n
- Adeptness in using solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and a commitment to customizing therapy approaches to meet client-specific needs. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships. \n
- Strong problem-solving skills and a critical-thinking mindset required to navigate complex clinical situations. \n
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a virtual team setting, promoting a culture of support and mutual growth. \n

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
