Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases, updated research, and emerging therapy techniques, contributing actively to the improvement of team practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting an array of clients dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our clientele comes from diverse backgrounds and may present complex mental health issues requiring individualized attention and personalized care strategies. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
