# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry – Kansas

Start Date: August 19, 2026

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts. Patient ratio approximately 1:6 (estimated, not guaranteed)

Highlights:

• 36-bed Neuro Trauma unit located on the 10th floor with a dedicated team of 70 staff members
• Night shift staffing includes 7 RNs and 3 Patient Care Technicians for optimal patient care coordination
• EMR system: Meditech with standard telemetry equipment including Kangaroo Pumps
• Typical unit procedures include bubble studies and EEG monitoring
• Collaborative team environment with experienced, tenured staff members
• Travel assignment opportunity in a dynamic acute care setting

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Kansas or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital telemetry experience required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
