Consumer Experience Representative
The Consumer Experience Representative is Keter's voice to the consumers who reach out for support.
In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity to
- Resolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone, webform, and email, while updating internal systems
- Utilize Sales Force to manage cases
- Become a product expert
- Actively listen to customers and express empathy for their needs
- Troubleshoot products issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumer's inquiry
- Deliver superior customer service through first call resolution
- Use strong time management and organizational skills to meet goals
- De-escalate upset customers by solving their problems
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Punctual attendance
- De-escalation skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Experience using computer and phone in fast-paced environment
- Positive mindset
- "Customer First" and resolution-focus for every interaction
- Attention to detail
- Customer service and call center experience preferred but not expected
- Desire for growth and development with a growing company
