Graphic Design and Brand Strategist

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Design and Brand Strategist to develop and execute branding strategies that unify the health system's visual identity across channels, onsite in Tulsa. Responsibilities Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and communication channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the health system's visual identity. Create compelling graphic designs for print, digital, social media, and internal communications. Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide creative direction and feedback to team members and external vendors as needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, communications, and clinical teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized design projects. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding efforts and make recommendations for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and branding. Healthcare environment experience (preferred). Proficiency in graphic design software. Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, that present clear and concise information to a diverse audience. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills with creative thinking. Working knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations. Working knowledge of production and printing processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
