Beztak is looking to hire a Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for supervising their housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team
• Plans and coordinates schedules of their staff
• Assists with providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community
• Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned
• Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community
• Reports damage or unsightly conditions which may be detrimental to the building's appearance and/or functionality
• Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
• Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to lead and manage
• Excellent time management skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in the professional cleaning industry
• Exceptional customer service skills

BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS:

Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.

Arizona applicants will need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test and clear the Adult Protective Services registry.

Michigan applicants will need to take a TB test and complete fingerprinting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires frequent Sitting, standing, walking, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This position typically operates indoors with frequent exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.
• Occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious material.
