Your Responsibilities Leadership of a dedicated book of business Strong relationships with global clients —understand their global insurance needs and requirements Up to date on all industry and global economic trends to provide informed advice to clients Accountable for the global service and execution Lead market relationships and negotiation Manages the entire renewal process Client Manager and Analyst Leadership and Development Series AEs Producers with book $1M-$5M Country Leadership — accountable for senior level relationships and develops senior market relationships accountable for carrier performance Qualifications Full working coverage knowledge of all lines of business Identifies opportunities to create synergies and reduce frictional costs of global programs Articulate Lockton’s global capabilities, value proposition and differentiators Ability to analyze exposures and identify risks, inconsistencies, and accuracy of reported data Creates timely and accurate submissions, initial quote comparisons and coverage reviews Prepares and presents RFPs+ Leadership and development of Global Analysts Navigator accuracy and reporting Accountable for Resource Pro deliverables Typically, more than 7 years of Client services experience is required Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within brokerage industry Understands industry trends and governmental regulations Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machine Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed Legally able to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr Lockton
