Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

Job Type: Regular Work Location: HEB 462 - Corpus Christi, TX 78405 Overview Full‑time Retail Sales Associate (Spanish bilingual) – immediate hire with paid training. Work at trusted retailer representing Reliant Energy. Responsibilities Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Greet customers courteously and offer assistance Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products that fit those needs Advise customers by providing information on products and services Help customers make selections by building confidence Accurately document and report sales Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times Submit all paperwork completely and accurately Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience Demonstrated knowledge of products and services Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Fluent in both English and Spanish (must read, write & speak Spanish) Benefits $14/hour base paid weekly Base plus uncapped commission Career growth and advancement opportunities Paid training course Next day pay on demand with DailyPay Premier retail locations Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match We are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment offering an equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
