• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $70.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours), 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• On-Call Requirements: 4–6 calls in a 6-week time frame. Call times are Monday through Friday from 2300–0700. Saturday and Sunday: 0700–1900 or 1900–0700.
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week travel contract opportunity for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse at an Acute Care Hospital in Burbank, CA. The role requires OR specialty experience, on-call availability, and is open to first-time travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room at a 1:1 patient ratio.
• Respond to on-call duties as scheduled: 4–6 calls in a 6-week time frame, covering Monday–Friday 2300–0700 and weekends 0700–1900 or 1900–0700.
• Pick up call shifts on weekends as required.
• Float between like units per manager discretion (block schedule open to manager discretion).
• Document and chart patient care using the Mediteach charting system.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required.
• On-call availability required (4–6 calls per 6-week period).
• Ability to work weekend call shifts.
• Proficiency with Mediteach charting system (or willingness to learn).
• RTO (requested time off) must be included at time of submission.
• Pending license not accepted — must hold active license at time of submission.

Education Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (pending license not accepted).
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification required.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Room nursing required.
