Community Empowerment Services (CES) is seeking a Masters-level Clinician to join our growing interdisciplinary outpatient behavioral health team in Taunton, Massachusetts.

This position is designed for clinicians who are early in their careers and seeking a supportive environment to strengthen their clinical skills, build a sustainable caseload, and progress toward long-term professional goals.

Position Overview
The Master's Level Clinician provides outpatient psychotherapy services while working under the supervision of an independently licensed clinician.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing outpatient psychotherapy services
• Conducting intake assessments and treatment planning
• Developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in supervision, consultation, and training activities
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to support quality client care

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related behavioral health field leading to Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC licensure
• Applicants in their final semester may apply; degree must be conferred prior to start date
• Active Massachusetts LCSW candidates encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to professional growth and ethical clinical practice
• Passion for helping individuals and families achieve meaningful change

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time Master's-level clinicians typically earn $70,000-$75,000+ annually once established. Compensation is based on caseload, licensure status, and clinical productivity. Part-time opportunities are also available.
