We are seeking an experienced Store Associate to join our team at SHOE SHOW MEGA STORE #879 in LOGAN, WV. Local candidates are encouraged to apply. What You Should Know Associates are responsible for positively contributing to our customers' shopping experience by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. Team members must deliver impeccable customer service with a "customer comes first" attitude, greet customers, attend to their needs, and build a loyal client base. What You Will Do The Sales Associate gathers and applies product knowledge to educate customers and assist them in making selections. They tag merchandise for sale, apply promotional notices and price tags, install loss prevention sensors, and process merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor. They also assist in unloading and processing stock weighing up to 55 lbs. The Sales Associate performs sales transactions using the POS system in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, communicating information regarding sales, markdowns, customer programs, and promotions to all customers. All SHOE SHOW, INC. operational policies, including cash handling, loss prevention, and safety and security, must be adhered to.
