Registered Nurse (RN) – 4N Medical Stepdown Night Shift Hours: 7p - 7a, Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines. Wilmington, DE. ChristianaCare - Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit. Unit Overview The 4N is a Medical Stepdown Unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems: Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, and cellulitis. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The unit provides staff with various learning experiences in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Work on a mixed-acuity unit that enables you to become ACLS certified. Learn from critical and emergent patient situations and apply best practice techniques from evidence-based care. Provide clinical care to patients with a variety of diagnoses. Qualifications Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License. BSN Preferred or commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years of hire date. RN with 1-2 years of experience in acute care or sub-acute care experience preferred. Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
