Title: Technical Trainer Location: 100 Southern Drive, Camillus, NY 13031 Shift: Must be flexible to work any shift - 1st/2nd/3rd as needed Overtime: Must be flexible to work overtime as needed, could be daily and/or weekend Pay: $55k - $93k, Salary Non Exempt Benefits: Starts on Day 1! (Medical/Dental/Vision/401k) - Salary Non Exempt Benefits Vacation Time: 3 weeks paid vacation, 1st year prorated to start date, able to use after 30 days of employment Job Summary The Technical Trainer assists with training processes locally. The role reports into the site General Manager/ Plant Manager and dotted lines into Operations Learning & Development, to ensure training is completed for Operator/ Craft Job Certification. The role will be a key contact/ trainer for team members, and be responsible for teammate assessments regarding machine skills providing feedback, machine certification responsibility, and conducting assessments related to line of progression movements. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $55,875.00 - $93,125.00, depending on your role, level, and location.
