Your future role at a glance Location: Appleton, WI Facility: St. Elizabeth Department: Surgery Schedule: Full-time evenings | Monday-Friday 1100-1930 | Weeknight call approximately one night per month | Approximately 4-5 weekends of on call per year | One holiday on call per year How you'll make an impact in this role Prepares surgical operating suite with sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies. Hands required and requested instruments and supplies to surgeon during surgery. Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients. Maintains instruments in an organized manner and monitors and tracks instruments counts throughout procedures. Assists surgeons provision of hemostasis during surgery. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Must be a graduate of Surgical Technology program.
