Federal Contracts Manager

Managing the full lifecycle of federal contracts, the full-time remote Federal Contracts Manager will serve as the primary contractual advisor, overseeing RFPs, drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, subcontracts, and business agreements from drafting through closeout Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, advising proposal teams on contractual terms and risks Administer subcontracts and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant contracts management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience managing U.S. federal government contracts, including prime contracts and subcontracts Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and multiple contract types Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements Experience reviewing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
