About the Role
Join a leading commercial mechanical construction team as a Project Engineer, Site Utilities based out of Temecula, CA. This role contributes to high-profile projects across commercial mechanical and works alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.

• Coordinate with field leadership, engineering, and trade partners to keep work on track.

• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, billings, and project documentation.

• Lead client meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risk.

• Mentor project engineers and coordinators while supporting overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related project management role within commercial mechanical, HVAC, or construction.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications, licenses, or formal training relevant to the role.

• Experience supporting large commercial, healthcare, data center, life science, or institutional projects.

• Familiarity with modern construction technology, tools, and workflows.
