Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Commerce, CA (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $27–$29/hour ($55,000–$60,000 annually)

Benefits: eligible for health, dental and vision.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an AR professional who enjoys managing the full accounts receivable cycle in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash application and customer payments.
• Prepare customer invoices and billing.
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely payment processing.
• Assist with month-end AR reporting and other accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with cash application, billing, collections, and account reconciliations.
• ERP system experience (NetSuite or similar preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, or consumer products is a plus.
