Summary Performs technical integration and ownership of tools, processes, risk management systems, and visibility enhancements (dashboards). Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives. Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs. Collaborates with managers, engineers, manufacturing, suppliers, and stakeholders. Improves business systems and implements best practices that support project decision makers. Guides training and provides subject matter expertise in utilization of processes, tools and integration of engineering designs. Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control. Acts as primary contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Understands engineering change processes. Requirements Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Associate's degree or higher. 3+ years of experience in customer support. Preferred: 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
