Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in a fast-paced healthcare facility specializing in emergency care. This role involves providing advanced emergency nursing services at a large facility with a high-volume patient census. The position is ideal for experienced ER nurses comfortable with a dynamic environment and diverse patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), PALS, and TNCC. Education and experience requirements may include at least 1 year of ER RN experience. Candidates should be eligible to work in the specified location.
• Preferred Qualifications: ENPC, Meditech electronic medical record experience, and experience working in large facilities with over 52 beds are considered advantageous.
• Additional Information: The unit environment involves high patient turnover, IV starts, medication administration, sedations, and pediatric case management. The team maintains a fast pace, requiring adaptability, quick learning, and strong interpersonal skills. New equipment or technology may be available to enhance care delivery.
