We’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice at Smokey Point Family Dentistry. If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.
NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY
Gain hands on mentorship/training with a dedicated hygiene mentor , placement pre-licensure, cushioned schedule to better transition and acclimate to office flow, $65-$75/hour (base + bonus opportunity)

$65-75/hr Depending on experience

What We’re Looking For
Active WA RDH license
CPR/BLS certified
Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
Strong communication + teamwork
What You’ll Do
Provide preventive and periodontal care
Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
Build lasting patient relationships
Use modern technology, including DentalAI
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
