We're looking for a high-energy Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead our Home Health team. Your Impact

As the clinical heartbeat of our operations, you will:

Lead & Inspire: Mentor a dedicated field team and foster a supportive, patient-centered culture.
Drive Excellence: Oversee clinical documentation, OASIS assessments, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate: Partner with physicians, families, and referral sources to optimize patient outcomes.
Innovate: Monitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements
What You Bring

Active RN license in Michigan
Home Health experience required (OASIS experience strongly preferred)
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Solid understanding of OASIS and home health regulations
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A passion for supporting nurses and delivering exceptional patient care
Ability to work in the field as needed
