Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Winterville, NC Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs. The BCBA will assess client needs, monitor progress, provide caregiver training, and supervise behavioral staff to ensure high-quality, effective care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor client progress.
• Modify treatment programs based on client needs and progress.
• Provide parent and caregiver training, consultation, and ongoing support.
• Supervise and observe behavioral staff and provide clinical feedback.
• Support the professional development of team members.
• Collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Follow BACB ethical standards and applicable professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and reference check.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• 2-3+ years' experience: $90,000-$110,000 annually.
• Less than 2 years' experience: $80,000-$90,000 annually.
