Networks Strategy & Operations Manager - Remote

Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Manager for Networks to help scale sales motions across franchise networks and member fleets. You will own forecasting, pipeline management, and the operating cadence with cross-functional teams, applying data-driven methods to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will build dashboards, collaborate with Networks Sales Leadership, Enterprise Sales Ops, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance, and bring AI tooling and automation to reporting.
